After you signup for the email filtering service here, you will receive an email with the login details. If the email is not in your inbox please check your junk folder or spam filter. Login with the credentials provided in the email. You will be directed to the Dashboard.


List Domains: The List Domains page displays the domains you signed up for. To go to the List Domains page, click on the “Email Filter” link under Existing Services section in the Dashboard.  You can also click on List Domains under Email Filter in Existing Services in the left hand navigation. 

The List Domains page contains the blue gear icon that will take you to the Domain Configuration, the green user icon which lists the users and the red chart icon that displays the number of messages sent, which is what our billing is based on.


Add Domain: After you signup, you can add additional domains for email filtering through this page. There are different ways to add a new domain to your account. You can use any one of the following methods to add a domain from within your account.

  • Click on Add Domain under Email Filter in Existing Services in the left hand navigation.
  • Click on the ‘Add Services’ section at the top and select ‘Email Filter’.
  • Click on the Add Domain button in the List Domains page.

The Add Domain page for adding the new email filter service is displayed below:


Domain Configuration: Click on the blue gear icon in the List Domains page to open the Domain Configuration page which consists of various tabs like Mail Delivery, Spam Settings, Allow, Block, TLS, Users and MX Records to help you manage the domain easily.

  • Mail Delivery: Here, you can update the Mail server host name, port to forward the mail to and set Use MX Records to Yes, if necessary.


  •  Spam Settings:  Here, you can choose to enable/disable Spoof Protection, set whether users should have their own quarantine or the ability to configure their own white/blacklists and spam settings in their quarantine mailbox, and set the global scores of Block, Quarantine and Tag.


  • Allow: The Allow page lets to you enter whitelisted IP addresses, emails and domains.


  • Block: The Block page lets to you enter blacklisted IP addresses, emails and domains.


  • TLS: In this page, you can set if the domains specified should send/receive messages over a encrypted TLS connection. You can also specify if you need every sending email server to send you messages using TLS security.



Add Users Page: This page helps you add a single or multiple users for a domain easily.



Add Alias:  Using this page you can add email aliases for a user. You can also add email aliases from the List Users page.



Invoice: The invoice page lists all invoices - both paid and overdue. Click on the green money icon at the extreme right to pay for an unpaid/overdue invoice.




You can view the invoice details by clicking on the blue magnifying glass icon next to an invoice. The invoice details page also has an option to download the invoice in PDF format.




Reports: Here, you can generate reports for a particular date/time for any of your domains.



Subscription: You can view the domains you signed up for or added from within the account. You can cancel a service at any time by clicking on the red trash icon next to a domain in this page. Be sure your MX records no longer point to our services if you do this.



List Users: Click on the green users icon in the List Domains page to open the List Users page. The List Users page lists all the users and aliases.


By clicking on the + icon on the left of the user, it expands to show the aliases for that user. For example, the aliases for the user jack@cake.com are displayed below:



To delete a user or an alias, click on the Trash icon next to the user or alias respectively.

On clicking the Pencil icon next to a user, two buttons are displayed for adding an alias and for modifying the user password.




Profile: The profile page can be used to edit your first/last name, email or password.


Payment Info: This page is used to update payment information details like credit card number,  first/last name and billing address details.


Charts: In this page, you can view a graphical representation of the number of messages delivered in the present month or the past month. Click on the red chart icon in the List Domains page to open the charts page.  Our billing is based on the data provided in these charts.
